The Lord reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the Lord is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
2 נָכ֣וֹן — נָכ֣וֹן established כִּסְאֲךָ֣ — כִּסְאֲךָ֣ your–throne מֵאָ֑ז — מֵאָ֑ז from–of–old מֵֽעוֹלָ֣ם — מֵֽעוֹלָ֣ם from–everlasting אָֽתָּה׃ — אָֽתָּה׃ you
Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.
3 נָשְׂא֤וּ — נָשְׂא֤וּ have–lifted–up נְהָר֨וֹת ׀ — נְהָר֨וֹת ׀ the–floods יְֽהוָ֗ה — יְֽהוָ֗ה YHWH נָשְׂא֣וּ — נָשְׂא֣וּ have–lifted–up נְהָר֣וֹת — נְהָר֣וֹת the–floods קוֹלָ֑ם — קוֹלָ֑ם their–voice יִשְׂא֖וּ — יִשְׂא֖וּ lift–up נְהָר֣וֹת — נְהָר֣וֹת the–floods דָּכְיָֽם׃ — דָּכְיָֽם׃ their–pounding
The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.
4 מִקֹּל֨וֹת ׀ — מִקֹּל֨וֹת ׀ more–than–the–sounds–of מַ֤יִם — מַ֤יִם waters רַבִּ֗ים — רַבִּ֗ים many אַדִּירִ֣ים — אַדִּירִ֣ים majestic מִשְׁבְּרֵי־ — מִשְׁבְּרֵי־ the–breakers–of יָ֑ם — יָ֑ם the–sea אַדִּ֖יר — אַדִּ֖יר majestic בַּמָּר֣וֹם — בַּמָּר֣וֹם on–high יְהוָֽה׃ — יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH
The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.
5 עֵֽדֹתֶ֨יךָ ׀ — עֵֽדֹתֶ֨יךָ ׀ your–testimonies נֶאֶמְנ֬וּ — נֶאֶמְנ֬וּ are–very מְאֹ֗ד — מְאֹ֗ד sure לְבֵיתְךָ֥ — לְבֵיתְךָ֥ for–your–house נַאֲוָה־ — נַאֲוָה־ is–fitting קֹ֑דֶשׁ — קֹ֑דֶשׁ holiness יְ֝הוָ֗ה — יְ֝הוָ֗ה YHWH לְאֹ֣רֶךְ — לְאֹ֣רֶךְ for–length–of יָמִֽים׃ — יָמִֽים׃ days
Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O Lord, for ever.
